More problems with the hosting company pSek for another job. For the most part we get a dedicated and all is well, but they are somewhat reckless/negligent. In the past they’ve reverted an entire custom configuration back to vanilla to “fix” everything. Recently they’ve been just reading tickets partially and doing things without understanding the whole picture, like the server going down to rebuild a modules we don’t need while removing ones we do need.
I would hope it’s clear that they will lose a significant amount of revenue once they drive our company away, but my experience with most hosting companies is that they bank on us not being willing to pick up our data and move.
That’s absolutely incorrect.
